Team Training

Your whole squad, on one standard. Measured, not guessed.

What it is

Unified Speed. Dominant Performance.

Take your squad to the next level by training as a unit. We bring the D1 locker room environment to your team, ensuring every player understands the standard required to win. Our team programming is sport specific. We don't use a "one size fits all workout, we design the speed and strength work to match the demands of your specific sport.

Data Driven.
We test the entire roster to track progress and identify team-wide areas for improvement.

Injury Reduction.
We focus on proper deceleration and landing mechanics to keep your players healthy and on the field, not on the sidelines.

The process

Why a squad trains differently from an individual

A roster is not twelve private clients. It has one schedule, one season and a wide spread of training ages, and the program has to work for the fastest player and the one who has never sprinted properly in their life.

We test every player at the start. That gives you a picture of the squad rather than a feeling about it — who is quick off the mark, who runs out of gear, who brakes badly and is carrying the injury risk that comes with it. The program is then built from what the numbers actually say.

What a session looks like

Session length is set with your coach and built around your practice schedule, not ours. The work is run to the demands of your sport rather than a generic template. Athletes move through the session together but not identically — same drill, different progressions, loads or constraints depending on what each player needs.

Every session covers:

  • A warm-up the players can eventually run themselves
  • Sprint and acceleration work at the distances your sport actually demands
  • Deceleration and landing mechanics, the cheapest injury insurance there is
  • Strength and power scaled to each athlete's training age
  • Retesting through the block, so you can see what moved

Training around your season

Frequency is set in your quote, because what a squad needs in June is not what it needs in October.

  • Off-season — the heaviest speed and strength work, while there is recovery time to actually adapt to it
  • Pre-season — sharpen what was built, pull the volume down before matches start
  • In-season — maintain, scheduled away from match days so legs are fresh when they matter

Squads that drop speed work entirely once games begin tend to finish the season slower than they started it. Holding one short session a week through the season is usually the difference.

Club and high school coaches get a custom quote based on squad size, training frequency and season length. Text to talk it through.
