I hold a B.S. in Exercise Science and have worked at the university S&C level. What if we're in season right now?

In-season is actually an ideal time to get an assessment done. You're moving at full intensity, which means the movement patterns are real — not forced. The program that comes with the assessment is built around your schedule and your sport's current demands. In-season training should support your performance, not compete with it.

What if we don't have access to a full gym?

The assessment itself only requires a phone and some open space. Your 4-week program will be built around whatever equipment you actually have access to — we'll know this from your intake form. You don't need a facility to train like a serious athlete.

How do we film the assessment videos?

After you complete your purchase, you'll receive a filming guide with exact camera angles, distance, and coaching cues for each of the 4 movements. A phone camera propped against a bag or held by a parent works perfectly. There's no guesswork.

She already has a trainer. Is this redundant?

This assessment is designed to complement what she's already doing — not replace it. A lot of athletes use it to give their current trainer a clearer picture of what to prioritize. The report gives any coach a specific, evidence-based target. Think of it as a GPS for her training, not a replacement for the driver.
