Founded by Head Coach April Russell, CSCS. As a former Division 1 Collegiate Soccer Player herself she strives to provide the type of training she wish she had when she was a youth player. Her mission is simple, to provide athletes the experience and training to help them envision and reach their goals of playing at an Elite Level. 

At Athlete 2.0 we focus on two major areas, Speed and Strength. As a partner of Universal Speed Rating Speed Lab we focus heavily on Speed development through Acceleration, Max Velocity, Change of Direction and Deceleration strategies. 

On the Strength side, we focus on the development of the Athlete. This isn't your typical Powerlifting, Bodybuilding or High Intensity Training type of programming. We develop the Athletic qualities that will transfer over to the field or court and build a resilient athlete.
