Working with Coach April and Athlete 2.0 has increased my overall athleticism. I've put on about 9lbs of muscle while maintaining my speed and explosiveness. Highly recommend.

Coach April really takes the time to personalize training to fit the athlete. I also love the open communication she allows to help make the train fit what the athlete needs. Since training with her, my daughter's speed and agility has grown. We love the mix of gym and field training we get.

I worked with Coach April during the Summer, I really liked that the strength training was Hockey based. I had a showcase in Boston and my coaches hadn't seen me in awhile, noticed that I was stronger and had more endurance and was quicker with my reactions and saves. Definitely recommend.

April has been training both my daughters for awhile now. Helped Megan get recruited to a D1 Soccer program and still continues to train her when she is back town. And currently training my second daughter building strength and endurance for High School Track & Field. If you have a serious athlete, go see her. She's great.

My daughter plays for LVSA and started training with Coach April about a year ago. I've seen huge progress with her strength and endurance in games. My daughter loves training and I've seen significant changes with her games but also, physically, she has put on muscle. April takes the time to get to know her players and trains accordingly.

    (College Soccer)

Highly recommend. Knowing that she is a former D1 athlete and a former Strength & Conditioning coach at UNLV it was kind of a no brainer for me. She definitely has helped me prepare for the demands of playing D1 Soccer. The workouts are hard, but she makes adjustments and listens to how I am feeling that day. So if you are serious about playing in College, I would train with her.

I've been training with Coach April since middle school. The mix of gym and speed training has definitely improved my game. Before her I was always getting ankle injuries, but since working with her, my last ankle sprain was about 2 years ago. I like that she is easy to talk to and she listens. I would recommend training with her.
