You're one step away from your personalized Performance Report and 4-week training plan. Follow the filming guidelines below before submitting — proper footage ensures the most accurate assessment possible.

Filming requirements

You must submit all five of the following clips in one video, no longer than 2 minutes:

  1. Bodyweight Back Squat — 4 reps, filmed straight-on from the front
  2. 15 Yard Sprint - filmed from the side
  3. Skater Hops - 6 reps, filmed from the front. 
  4. Single Leg Romanian Deadlift - 3 reps each leg, filmed from the side
  5. Sport Footage:
    1. Softball/Baseball: Hitting and Throwing - game highlights are fine
    2. Soccer: Shooting and/or defending - game highlights are fine

Filming tips

  • Film horizontally on your phone
  • Use a well-lit space — outdoors or near a window works great
  • Make sure your full body is visible in the frame
  • Standard video quality is fine (1080p), no need for 4K

Submission rules

  • You have 7 days from your purchase date to submit your video
  • All clips must be included in a single submission — partial submissions will not be accepted
  • If your footage is unusable due to poor lighting, framing, or quality, you will be notified within 48 hours and given one opportunity to resubmit at no charge
  • A second resubmission requires a $25 re-assessment fee
  • Submissions received after the 7-day window will not be honored — no exceptions
